New HQ and warehouse of Visiotech, pioneers of security distribution throughout Europe

Thanks to the exponential growth of Visiotech, 3 years ago we began the acquisition of land for the construction of our new and impressive warehouse incorporating the latest logistics technologies and HQ, which were completed in November 2021. As we previously announced, during the first week of December we inaugurated our new central facilities, in which we currently operate and whose dimensions are the largest within security distribution in all of Europe.

Our facilities are located in the Vicálvaro Business Park, a strategic point where there is access from the main highways of the Community of Madrid, such as the M-45, M-50 and A-3. In this way, we achieve excellent communication with all kinds of transport.

Moreover, we would like to highlight some relevant data about our new warehouse and central offices:

• 3,100 m2 of offices and 6,245 m2 of warehouse.
• 4 kilometres of shelves with 4 heights.
• 3 gates for vans and 4 loading docks for trucks.
• 3,000 m2 of offices, distributed over 3 floors.
• Capacity for more than 350 employees.
• Showroom and room for courses and training.
• Large car park that has 126 parking spaces for customers and employees including charging posts for electric vehicles.
• Reception and commercial customer service on-site.
• Rainwater collection system through a 100,000 liter tank, capable of supplying the needs of all green areas throughout the year.
• Two vertical gardens, one located in the structure of the main entrance and another on the side, in addition to various garden areas around our facilities.

Furthermore, 670 solar panels are placed on the roof with a capacity of 309 kWp and a 315 kWh battery storage system. Likewise, we have an intelligent LED lighting system in the offices that regulates the intensity based on ambient light or occupancy. On the façade we have a system of automatic mobile covers allowing the amount of light and interior temperature in the offices to be regulated according to the position of the sun and the time of year.
