Visiotech presents two solutions to integrate its core ranges of video recorders (Safire and X-Security) with Alarm Receiving Centres, offering among others, service of video-verification of alarms, which is essential according to the safety regulations.

VISIOTECH DEVICE MONITOR is a software that enables remote monitoring and management of video surveillance equipment and the possibility of linking alarms and recorders together.

WEB CONTROL PANEL is a web application that enables video-verification of devices both recording and live simultaneously and real time downloading of recordings and other performances

These two solutions are designed to be compatible with leading ARC management platforms. They have been entirely designed by the R & D department of Visiotech to fill a need widely demanded by the market and the field of ARCs.

It is a software designed for automated remote device monitoring and permitting that alarms can be wired with DVRs

These are its main functions

  • It provides supervision of the devices (connection, hard disk, video loss and masking).
  • It allow to wire an output of the alarm panel to a recording input of the DVR for this to send a video clip of 20 seconds (10 sec pre-alarm and 10 sec post-alarm) of the selected video channels.

WEB CONTROL PANEL

Web-based solution that runs when an operator manages an alarm in real time

It consists of the following services:

  • Simultaneous display of live video and at the time of the incident, with recording capability of both.
  • Download the video associated with the alarm zone WITHOUT the need to wire
  • Allow the operator to select a specific time to download a video clip with timeframe controls (steps of 5 min, 1 min and 30 seconds).
  • Automatic recording of the real time display.
  • It allows the use of the WCP to do rounds for the customers that contracts it.
  • Linking and automatic storage of all videos downloaded to the alarm record.
