The SSD1030 is the primary sensing component for the ASD series 2000 vacuum systems. It uses advanced scattered light technology at 90° combined with a powerful built-in LED to reliably detect smoke particles at extremely early stages.

Its most innovative feature is the integration of a CS filter (centrifugal separator). This system uses centrifugal force to deflect large dust particles out of the measurement chamber, allowing only the smallest smoke particles to be analyzed. This not only prevents false alarms, but also significantly extends the sensor's service life by keeping the measuring optics clean.
