Hikvision DS‑3T1506HP‑SI‑4P2F is a Smart Managed industrial PoE switch designed for demanding environments and video surveillance applications with more advanced connectivity needs than a typical unmanaged switch. It features 4 Gigabit RJ45 ports with Hi-PoE PoE and 2 Gigabit SFP ports for fiber optics, making it easy to connect network devices over long distances or in mixed copper and fiber topologies.
This model supports the IEEE 802.3bt Hi-PoE standard, with up to 90 W per port (1–4) ports and a total PoE budget of approximately 300 W, which allows powering cameras or other power-hungry equipment directly from the switch without external sources. It also integrates advanced software features such as VLAN 802.1Q, QoS, loop prevention (STP/RSTP/ERPS), port isolation and PoE Watchdog for automatic reboot of unresponsive devices, improving network stability and security.
The unit is constructed with a rugged metal housing (IP40) and designed for wide temperature range (-40 °C to 75 °C), making it suitable for industrial or protected outdoor installations. It also offers 6 kV surge protection and long-range PoE transmission mode (up to 300 m) on selected ports, providing greater flexibility in deployments of cameras or devices physically remote from the network core.
