The Ruijie Reyee RG-EG209GS is a cloud-managed router designed for scenarios requiring hybrid copper and fiber connectivity, offering throughput of up to 600 Mbps. This model stands out for featuring a dedicated 1 Gbps SFP port, which enables a direct fiber-optic connection for the uplink, eliminating the need for external media converters and ensuring low-latency data transmission.
This device RG-EG209GS has a total of 9 Gigabit ports (including the SFP), allowing you to configure up to 4 WAN ports for advanced load balancing and failover strategies. By acting as an integrated AC controller, it can manage up to 150 devices on the Reyee network. In addition, it offers enterprise-grade security with support for multiple VPN tunnels (IPsec, L2TP, PPTP, and OpenVPN) and comprehensive, free management via the Ruijie Cloud platform.
